APCO's 2009 North Central Regional Conference will be held April 26 - 29 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

This conference offers a wonderful opportunity to present new information and ideas relevant to the field of public safety communications. Presenter's will gain visibility and credibility in the eyes of their peers while making a significant contribution to the public safety community. The conference also offers great networking opportunities.

WI APCO is pleased to be able to offer 1 full paid registration for each presenter selected.

Presentations are requested for, but not limited to, the following topics:

9-1-1 Call Taking; NG9-1-1; Administrative Issues;  QA/QI for police, fire & EMS call taking; Radio Systems; Homeland Security; Training; Recruitment/Retention; VoIP; Interoperability; Telematics; Grant Writing/Legislative Issues; Employee Morale/Welfare; Professionalism; Leadership Development; TERT; SOP/SOG Development; Disciplinary Issues; Stress Management.
