Rooms for Saturday Night

 

A block of rooms at the discounted rate has been opened on Saturday evening for those attending the Pre-Conference courses on Sunday. These rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis and will be released to all attendees on September 1, 2008. Rooms in this block are limited so make your reservation as soon as possible if you are attending a Sunday Pre-Conference course.

Monday will also feature 15 different EDUCATIONAL BREAKOUT SESSIONS in 5 tracks; Management, GIS/Database, Technical, Dispatch and General.
 
At noon join us for the opening of the EXHIBIT HALL with exclusive exhibit hours from noon until 2:00 p.m. During this time visit our exhibitors and take in the NG9-1-1 SHOWCASE session featuring a round table discussion for dispatchers and managers on whats coming in 9-1-1 and how to be prepared for it. At 2:45 p.m. the educational breakout sessions resume and run until 5:30 p.m.
 
Back by popular demand is the EXHIBITOR RECEPTION from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. Take this opportunity to meet and greet not only the exhibitors but also your fellow conference attendees.
 
After the Exhibitor Reception join us for an all new optional event: GRAZE AROUND THE DELLS. Sit back and relax while we board the bus for a trip around the Dells. The bus will be stopping at several Dells establishments where you'll sample the cuisine and quench your thirst. Before returning to the Kalahari, the bus will drop off those interested in testing their luck at the Ho Chunk Casino. Cost is only $25 per person and space is limited to 75 passengers so reserve your ticket right away! EDUCATIONAL TRACK SESSIONS begin the day at 8:00 a.m. before we take a break with exclusive exhibit hours and the NG9-1-1 SHOWCASE in the Exhibit Hall. Again a round table discussion will be held featuring the technical aspects of NG9-1-1. After lunch on your own, educational track sessions resume and run until 4:00 p.m. In total 15 different educational track sessions will be run today.
 
At 5:00 p.m. join us for dinner at the WI-NENA OFFICERS INSTALLATION BANQUET. It's a beach party this year so bring your suits and surf your way to a great time! Sponsored in part by:
